• 1982 Broads Travel founded by Robert Broad and Mike Webb
• 1984 Separate business travel and leisure divisions established
• 1985 IATA membership granted
• 1987 Broads entered the Advantage Travel consortia
• 1994 Headquarters relocated to Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield
• 1995 Mike Webb buys Robert Broad shares to become sole owner
• 1996 Broads Travel become part of Webb Hotels and Travel Group (wholly owned by the Webb family)
• 2004 Austin’s Travel acquired
• 2006 Lichfield leisure shop opened
• 2007 Broads cruise division established
• 2008 Broads established a dedicated hotel booking division
• 2009 1st £1m+ corporate account gained, plus new dedicated cruise website
