Andrew Harrison
Broads General Manager
Andrew has responsibility for the business reporting to the main board of Webb Hotels and Travel. With 32 years of business travel experience, he has worked with many of the largest corporate companies and FTSE 100 companies in the UK. Andrew has a passion for cruise holidays and has travelled with his young family on many a cruise ship. Sue Guilfoyle
Leisure Travel Manager
Sue has worked in the travel industry for over 30 years, 25 of these years at Broads Travel! Sue has travelled extensively throughout her career visiting California, Arizona, Oregon and Hawaii in the USA plus Mauritius, Seychelles, Kenya and Bermuda. She has also enjoyed cruises in Alaska, Norway, the Caribbean, Europe and across the Atlantic.
Isabelle Bending
Assistant Leisure Travel Manager
Based at our Mere Green branch, Isabelle has worked in the travel industry for over 40 years and joined Broads in 1996. Isabelle has travelled to Australia, Biras Creek, Botswana, Canada, China, Dubai, Florida, India, Mauritius, South Africa, St Lucia, Turkey and the USA. She has skied in Europe and Canada and cruised the Caribbean, Nile, Baltic and Europe. Isabelle is our Aussie Expert and she also specialises in tailor made holidays to South Africa.
Andrea Dixon
Senior Travel Consultant
Andrea has worked in the travel industry for 28 years and came to Broads Travel from Austin Travel in 2004. She is one of our cruise experts and her favourite holiday was a Caribbean cruise. Andrea’s dream holiday destination would be Australia for the laid back lifestyle, iconic landmarks and fascinating wildlife.
Anita Williams
Cruise Specialist
Anita is our cruise specialist and has worked for Broads since 2004 and been in the travel industry for 12 years. Her favourite holiday destination is Venice because she loves the culture, history and ambience.
Charlotte Hughes
Senior Travel Consultant
Charlotte joined Broads in 2007 and has since visited Grenada, South Africa and Malaysia. Charlotte particularly specialises in family holidays and has a wealth of knowledge of child friendly resorts. Her favourite resort – anywhere without children!
Debbie Smith
Senior Travel Consultant
Debbie has worked in the travel industry for over 30 years and now works in our Lichfield branch. She has visited Brazil, Zimbabwe, Mauritius, Chicago, New York, Barbados, Dominican Republic and most of Europe. Her favourite destination is Zimbabwe as she loves its amazing scenery, wildlife, history and people. There are many places Debbie would like to visit but her top three are China, Russia and South Africa.
Katherine Goodwin
Senior Travel Consultant
Katherine has worked in the travel industry for over 25 years and is based at our Lichfield branch. Katherine has visited most of Europe (Austria, Belgium, France, Holland, Switzerland, Luxemburg, Germany, Spain, Portugal – including beach resorts, Greece, Canaries, Balearics, Turkey, Tunisia and many cities including Paris, Amsterdam, Florence, Turin, Pisa, Dubrovnik, Madrid, Zurich and Istanbul). She has also visited Kenya, the Middle East including Dubai, Kuwait and Oman plus Florida, California and New York in the USA. Katherine’s favourite destination pre children was California as she loves San Francisco and Santa Barbara. Post children she enjoys Centre Parcs. Katherine’s dream holiday would be a South African safari.
Julie Little
Senior Travel Consultant
Julie has worked in the travel industry since 1988 and joined Broads in 2008. A highly qualified consultant with a wealth of knowledge, Julie has visited Antigua, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Cayman Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Jamaica, the Maldives, Mexico, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, St Lucia, Turkey, the USA and the Virgin Islands. Her favourite destination pre family was the Maldives where she arrived at her hotel by seaplane and snorkelled amongst tropical fish and sharks. Post family, her favourite destinations are Disneyland Paris for the look of sheer delight on her children’s faces and she also loves Cyprus due to the good quality accommodation, warmer climate that is bearable for children, lovely beaches and wide range of activities available.
Sarah Yates

Sarah has worked in the travel industry for over 25 years and has visited Belgium, Denmark, Florida, France (including Disneyland Paris), Germany, Gibraltar, Gran Canaria, Ibiza, Italy (skiing), Spain and St Petersburg. Sarah’s favourite destination was Orlando as it has plenty to do, great accommodation and a pleasant climate and her dream holiday would be to Australia. Sarah is one of our weddings abroad and honeymoon specialists.

Sheila has worked in the travel industry for over 40 years and has visited many worldwide destinations including Antigua, Barbuda, Balearics, the Canaries, Denmark, Egypt, Far East, France, Greece, Holland, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, South Africa and USA. Her favourite destination is South Africa because of its beauty and wildlife. Sheila’s dream holiday would be a world cruise! Sheila is based at our Lichfield branch.
